SwapUSDT.io Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information SwapUSDT.io may process when you use the stablecoin exchange service, contact the Stablecoin Operations Desk or interact with the website. The policy is written around the actual order and support model rather than assuming that every visitor creates an account.
SwapUSDT.io uses the public service identity SwapUSDT.io Stablecoin Exchange. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information Connected to an Exchange Order
A stablecoin exchange can create or use transaction-level information such as:
- an order identifier;
- the source and destination assets;
- selected source and destination networks;
- source or destination wallet addresses;
- blockchain transaction hashes;
- quoted and transferred amounts;
- order status and processing events;
- timestamps associated with the transaction.
Wallet addresses and transaction hashes can be public on the relevant blockchain even when they are also stored as part of an order record.
Information You Send to Support
When you contact SwapUSDT.io, the service may process the email address used for the request, message content, order identifiers, transaction hashes and any files or screenshots you choose to provide.
Do not send a seed phrase, private key, exchange password or authentication code. These secrets are not required for order support.
Technical and Security Data
The website may process technical information used to operate and protect the service, including IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, error records and security or anti-abuse logs.
Cookie or similar identifiers are processed only where those technologies are actually enabled on the website. The policy should be read together with the site's current cookie/consent implementation rather than as a claim that a specific analytics vendor is always active.
Why This Information Is Used
Order and technical data can be used to:
- create and process an exchange;
- detect a blockchain deposit and track its confirmation state;
- send the destination payout;
- provide customer support;
- investigate failed or mismatched transactions;
- protect the service from abuse, fraud or technical attacks;
- perform risk-based transaction review;
- maintain records needed for service integrity and compliance.
SwapUSDT.io does not use a longer data list merely because information might be technically collectible.
Blockchain Data Is Public by Design
Supported blockchains can expose wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token amounts and transfer history publicly. SwapUSDT.io cannot make public blockchain records private or remove a transaction from a blockchain after confirmation.
This means deleting or restricting a service-side record does not erase the corresponding public transaction from TRON, Ethereum, Solana or another blockchain.
Service Providers and Data Categories
SwapUSDT.io can rely on categories of infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting and network infrastructure, email/support delivery, security and anti-abuse services, blockchain infrastructure and compliance or risk-screening tools where used.
This policy does not name vendors that have not been confirmed as part of the production stack. A provider receives only the information reasonably necessary for its function under the service setup in use.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for order completion, support, security, abuse prevention, compliance and record integrity.
Different categories of records may need different retention periods. SwapUSDT.io does not publish an exact universal retention period unless that period is actually established for the relevant data category.
Security Handling
SwapUSDT.io minimizes the wallet information needed for order support and relies on order IDs and public transaction identifiers where possible.
No website or online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their own wallets, devices and authentication credentials and should never send private keys or recovery phrases to SwapUSDT.io.
Privacy Requests
Questions about service-side data or privacy handling can be sent to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, such as an order ID or support email, without providing wallet secrets.
Some information may need to be retained where it remains necessary for security, transaction integrity, compliance or other legitimate service requirements.
Changes to This Policy
This policy can be updated when the service, data model or operational tools change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the version intended to apply to the current published policy.
For general support, use Contacts. Risk-based transaction review is covered separately in the AML Policy.
