SwapUSDT.io AML Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

SwapUSDT.io applies a risk-based approach to transaction review. Stablecoin exchange orders can be screened for indicators associated with fraud, stolen funds, sanctions exposure, money laundering, terrorist financing or other activity that presents elevated legal, security or compliance risk.

This policy does not promise universal no-KYC processing. A transaction can require additional review even when no extra information was requested when the order was first created.

Transaction and Risk Screening

SwapUSDT.io may evaluate information connected with an exchange order, including the source and destination assets, blockchain networks, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amount, routing information and risk signals produced by compliance or security tooling where used.

A blockchain transaction being technically valid does not mean that the service is required to process it without review.

When Additional Review Can Be Triggered

A transaction can receive additional review when, for example:

  • a wallet or transaction is associated with elevated risk signals;
  • activity appears inconsistent with normal use of the service;
  • a transaction may involve stolen, fraudulent or prohibited funds;
  • sanctions-related or other restricted exposure is identified;
  • order details do not match the actual deposit;
  • additional information is reasonably needed to understand or resolve the transaction.

This list describes categories of triggers rather than a fixed automated rule set.

Information That May Be Requested

If a transaction requires review, SwapUSDT.io may ask for information reasonably related to the order and the identified risk. Depending on the case, that can include transaction context, source-of-funds information or identity/KYC information.

The amount and type of information requested should be proportionate to the transaction and review need. SwapUSDT.io does not need a wallet seed phrase or private key for AML review.

Prohibited and Restricted Use

The service must not be used to knowingly process funds connected with fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity.

Attempts to disguise transaction origin, evade compliance controls or provide false information during a review can result in the order being rejected or escalated for further handling.

Possible Order Outcomes

A transaction under review can:

  • proceed after screening is completed;
  • require additional information before processing continues;
  • be delayed while relevant facts are reviewed;
  • be rejected when the service cannot process the transaction under its risk controls;
  • require further handling according to the order conditions and applicable compliance requirements.

SwapUSDT.io does not publish a single automatic outcome for every flagged transaction because the relevant facts can differ.

Records and Cooperation

Order, blockchain and support records relevant to a compliance review can be preserved where reasonably necessary for risk management, service integrity and compliance obligations.

Where required, relevant information may be shared with competent authorities or service providers involved in compliance, security or transaction handling. This policy does not claim a specific regulator, licence or jurisdiction that has not been separately established for SwapUSDT.io.

No-Account and KYC Claims

A simple transaction interface should not be confused with a guarantee that identification will never be requested. Account registration, routine KYC and transaction-specific compliance review are separate concepts.

Commercial pages and support communications must remain consistent with this policy and must not describe SwapUSDT.io as fully anonymous, untraceable or universally KYC-free.

Privacy During a Compliance Review

Information collected for a review is handled under the Privacy Policy. The service should request only information reasonably connected with the transaction and review purpose.

Do not send wallet recovery phrases, private keys or unrelated credentials as part of a compliance response.

Compliance Contact

Questions about transaction review can be sent to [email protected]. For an existing order, include the order ID and transaction hash when available.

General order support remains available through Contacts. Risk and responsibility boundaries are also described in the Disclaimer.
