SwapUSDT.io Exchange Disclaimer
Effective date: September 21, 2026
SwapUSDT.io provides an online service for exchanging supported stablecoin pairs centered on USDT. This page explains where responsibility sits when an exchange depends on changing market quotes, blockchain networks, wallet addresses and third-party infrastructure.
The disclaimer does not replace the order details shown before a transaction is created. Users should review the asset, amount, source network, destination network and receiving address for each exchange.
Quotes and Exchange Rates Can Change
A quote reflects the amount and route available when it is calculated. Stablecoins target relatively stable values, but USDT, USDC, DAI, USDe and USDG are separate assets and can trade at different prices.
Changing the amount, network route or waiting before creating or funding an order can change the receive estimate. Any general rate or calculator value on the site should be treated as reference information rather than a guaranteed executable price.
Blockchain Fees and Confirmation Time Are External Variables
Blockchain transaction costs and confirmation times are determined by the network and can change independently of SwapUSDT.io.
A deposit can be broadcast immediately but still require confirmations before the service can treat it as received. Network congestion, outages, validator conditions or wallet/provider delays can affect timing.
Blockchain Transfers Can Be Irreversible
A confirmed blockchain transfer generally cannot be reversed by SwapUSDT.io. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network or entering an incompatible address can create a loss or require manual investigation.
Users are responsible for checking the order details before sending funds. A similar-looking address does not prove that the selected stablecoin and network are compatible.
Route Availability Is Not Permanent
Supported source and destination combinations can change with service infrastructure, liquidity, network status or asset availability.
The fact that a stablecoin exists on a blockchain does not guarantee that SwapUSDT.io can process every possible source-to-destination combination. The exchange form is the relevant source for current route availability.
Stablecoins Have Different Risk Models
A one-dollar target does not make stablecoins risk-free or identical.
USDT and USDC depend on issuer and reserve systems. DAI depends on protocol collateral and governance. USDe uses a synthetic-dollar structure with hedging and derivatives dependencies. USDG uses an issuer-and-reserve model through Paxos Digital Singapore.
Issuer, protocol, collateral, liquidity, depeg, smart-contract and network risks can therefore differ by asset.
Third-Party Wallets and Platforms
Wallets, exchanges, custodians, bridges and blockchain explorers used before or after a SwapUSDT.io order are third-party services. Their availability, security controls, supported networks, withdrawal policies and account restrictions are outside SwapUSDT.io's direct control.
Users should verify the receiving platform's current deposit instructions before entering a destination address.
No Investment, Tax or Legal Advice
Information on SwapUSDT.io is provided to explain the service, supported assets and transaction mechanics. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
Nothing on the site should be interpreted as a recommendation to hold one stablecoin instead of another or as a guarantee that a token will maintain its target value.
Independent Brand
SwapUSDT.io is an independent online exchange service. It is not operated by or affiliated with Tether, Circle, Sky, Ethena or Paxos.
References to those names identify assets, issuers or protocols relevant to supported stablecoin routes.
