SwapUSDT.io

How the SwapUSDT.io Stablecoin Exchange Works

SwapUSDT.io is built for direct stablecoin-to-stablecoin conversion with USDT as the hub asset. The service supports dedicated routes between USDT and USDC, DAI, USDe and USDG, with the selected payout sent to the destination wallet provided for the order.

The exchange flow is designed around three checks before funds move: the correct asset pair, the correct source and destination networks, and a destination address that supports the selected receiving token.

1. Choose the Stablecoin Pair and Networks

Start with the asset you already hold and the stablecoin you want to receive. Each commercial page fixes one direction, such as USDT to USDC or DAI to USDT, so the source and destination roles are clear before an order is created.

Where multiple networks are available, select the blockchain that actually holds the source asset and the network required by the receiving wallet. Network availability is shown by the exchange interface and can differ by pair.

2. Review the Quote Before Sending Funds

Enter the amount you want to exchange and review the current estimate shown by the exchange form. The active order quote is the transaction-specific reference for the amount and route you selected.

Any general rate or converter data shown elsewhere on the site is informational. A new amount, different network combination or changed market conditions can produce a different estimate, so the quote should be checked again after changing any order setting.

3. Add the Destination Wallet

Enter the wallet address that should receive the destination stablecoin. The address must support both the asset and the network selected for the payout.

A valid-looking address is not enough by itself. Some blockchains use similar address formats, while exchanges and custodial wallets may support only specific stablecoin networks.

4. Create the Order and Use Its Deposit Details

After the pair, amount, networks and destination have been checked, create the order. SwapUSDT.io then provides the deposit details for that specific transaction.

Send only the source asset shown in the order and use the exact deposit network displayed with it. Do not substitute another stablecoin or switch blockchains after the order has been created.

5. Blockchain Confirmations Come Before Processing

The source transaction must be detected and receive the confirmations required for the selected network. Blockchain confirmation time is separate from the service's own processing stage and can vary with network conditions.

Once the deposit reaches the required state, the exchange can continue according to the order route. SwapUSDT.io does not present blockchain confirmation time as a guaranteed fixed settlement time.

6. The Destination Stablecoin Is Sent to Your Wallet

After the order is processed, the destination stablecoin is sent to the wallet address entered for the transaction. The payout uses the destination network selected when the order was created.

Keep the order details and blockchain transaction hash until the payout is complete. They provide the clearest references if the transfer needs to be reviewed.

If the Deposit Does Not Match the Order

A different asset, wrong blockchain, incorrect amount or incompatible destination can prevent normal automatic processing. Do not send a second transaction to correct the first unless support specifically instructs you to do so.

For order review, keep the order ID, transaction hash, source asset/network and destination details available. These identifiers allow the Stablecoin Operations Desk to locate the transaction without asking for wallet credentials.

Quote, Network and Responsibility Boundaries

SwapUSDT.io controls the order interface, route selection available through the service and the processing of supported exchanges. The user remains responsible for selecting the correct source network, entering a compatible destination address and sending the asset specified by the order.

Blockchain networks operate independently of SwapUSDT.io. Congestion, validator activity, network outages and confirmation times can affect when a transaction becomes final even when the service itself is operating normally.

Support for an Existing Order

Requests can be sent at any time to [email protected]. The Stablecoin Operations Desk targets a first response within 18 hours, while complex order or compliance reviews can take longer.

Include the order ID and transaction hash when available. SwapUSDT.io support never asks for a seed phrase or private key.

For support channels, see Contacts. Compliance review boundaries are described in the AML Policy.
